Comments on information published in newspaper „Dienas

On August 21, 2007 there was incorrect information about JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu 
rūpnīca” published in the newspaper „Dienas Bizness”.                           

Correct information on the results of the company will be available to the      
investors on the internet websites of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” and   
Riga Stock Exchange after disclosing of information for 6 months period of 2007 
in terms determined by law.                                                     

Management Board and Council of the issuer call investors to acquire information
about the company from the abovementioned web-sites, but not from doubtful      
information sources.
