Acquisition of Soltari Invest OÜ and its share capital increase

AS Kalev resolved to increase the share capital of its new subsidiary Soltari
Invest OÜ by 80,000 kroons today. AS Kalev will increase the nominal value of
its share by 80,000 kroons, increasing the share capital to 120,000 kroons. 
In addition, AS Kalev will pay 1,620,000 kroons in share premium. The share
capital will be increased by monetary contribution. 

AS Kalev also resolved to change the business name of the private limited
company to AgriStock OÜ. 

AS Kalev acquired a share in Soltari Invest OÜ with a nominal value of 40,000
kroons on the basis of a contract concluded on 17 August 2007. AS Kalev is the
sole shareholder of the private limited company. 

Soltari Invest OÜ's main field of activity is production, storage and reloading
of cereal-based products. 

Acquisition of the above stake does not constitute a related party transaction
in the meaning of the stock market rules.
