On August 24, 2007, AS Eesti Ehitus and Eurotel Building OÜ signed an agreement for AS Eesti Ehitus to build new shopping center situated at Tähesaju tn 25, 27/29, 31, Tallinn. The price of the contract is more than EEK 100 million (more than EUR 8 million), excluding VAT. The construction works are to be performed during the period from August 2007 to August 2008.
