Northrop Grumman's Newport News sector received the Corporate Sponsor Leader of the Year award for providing quality internships to students and supporting the local INROADS office. Northrop Grumman provides more internships to students than any other company in the state of Virginia.
Natalie Joyner from the company's human resources department received the Business Coordinator of the Year award. Joyner manages the INROADS process for the company and was recognized for her time, dedication, concern and enthusiasm for intern development.
