Registration of changes in the Statute of Dvarcioniu Keramika AB, cancellation of Dvarcionys AB from Registry of Legal persons

Dvarcioniu Keramika AB informs, that on  14 of August, 2007 in the Registry of
Legal persons changed Statute of the Company have been registered. New version
of the Statute of the Company is appended. 

Dvarcioniu Keramika AB informs, that on 17 of August, 2007 Joint-Stock Company
DVARCIONYS (company number 2167904) has been cancelled from the Registry of
Legal persons by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania determinate.
