CORRECTION: JSC "Latvijas Gāze" - Unaudited Financial Report of six months of 2007

In six months of 2007, the Joint Stock Company “Latvijas Gāze” has sold to
consumer 0.94 billion m3 of natural gas, which, in comparison with the
respective period of 2006, is by 9% less. The decrease is due to warmer weather
conditions in the first three months of 2007. 

In six months of 2007, customers have been sold natural gas and provided
services for LVL 110.7 million, which, in comparison with the respective period
of 2006, is by 10% more, and profited LVL 6.5 million, which is by 23.5% LESS
than in six months of 2006. 

Within the capital investment program, LVL 11.6 million have been utilized in
six months of 2007. Investment funds have been mostly used for modernization of
technological equipment and construction of new gas pipelines. 

On April 16, the natural gas injection season in the Inčukalns Underground Gas
Storage Facility was commenced. It is planned that in 2007, 1.18 billion m3
will be injected in the storage facility, reaching the current gas amount of
2.32 billion m3 at the end of the injection season in October.
