Summary: Change of management - Aresa A/S appoints Msc. Steen Thaarup, Managing
Director (CEO) of Aresa A/S. 

Aresa A/S has hired Msc. (Food Science & Technology) Steen Thaarup as Managing
Director (CEO). Steen Thaarup will start his term during 4th quarter of 2007. 

Steen Thaarup (age 45) comes from a position of VP Sales & Marketing at
MediCult A/S. In this position he has had the overall responsibility for all
commercial activities, including a number of subsidiaries. Until 2002 Steen
Thaarup was employed for 14 years at ALK-Abello A/S in various positions, from
applied research, over business development, strategic marketing, and finally
as responsible for the company's activities in the Nordic region, the
Netherlands, UK and Austria. Steen Thaarup has been an active Officer of the
Reserve, since ending his officers training and duty. Steen Thaarup graduated
from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University in Copenhagen (KVL) in
1988.

commercial experience. Steen Thaarup has the international experience we need
for the forthcoming commercialization phase. In that context we regard it as a

Copenhagen University.
