Sven Christian Ulvatne to leave NCC Sven Christian Ulvatne has decided to resign as President of NCC Construction AS in Norway to take up a position at the Norwegian company BackeGruppen. He will assume his new position no earlier than February 23, 2008. Work on finding a successor has been initiated. Sven Christian Ulvatne is a member of NCC's Group Management and country manager for all of NCC's areas of operation in Norway. He has been employed by the NCC Group since 2000 and has been President of NCC Construction Norway since 2004. “Since Sven Christian has led NCC to a strong position in the Norwegian market, his decision to leave is unfortunate for us. However, I understand his desire to come closer to his family and friends in Stavanger,” says Olle Ehrlén, President and Chief Executive Officer of NCC.
