Torm’s Extra General Meeting on August 14, 2007, resolved to authorize the board of Torm to decide upon a distribution of DKK 2 billion to the Torm share holders. Today was announced that an extra dividend of DKK 27.50 per share will be distributed. The record date is 5 September 2007. OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in Torm.
