Notification in accordance with Executive Order on the Duty

Subsequent to the stock-exchange statement of 28 August 2007 on the execution
of a capital reduction in Jyske Bank, the capital reduction has now been
registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency (Erhvervs- og
Selskabsstyrelsen). 

According to Art 17 (2) of the Executive Order on issuers' duty to supply
information (Bekendtgørelse om udstederes oplysningsforpligtelser), we hereby
advise you that the total share capital of Jyske Bank A/S now amounts to DKK
560m and that the total number of voting rights is DKK 56 million.
