Selskabet af 15.11.2006 A/S is the continuing company with the name Sparekassen Lolland A/S. In this connection the guarantors in Sparekassen Lolland are offered to convert their capital adequacy to shares in an offering of up to 1,484,820 new shares of DKK 10. Subscription price per share is DKK 250. Each warranty of DKK 1,000 can be converted into 4 new shares when converting capital adequacy. Fonden for Sparekassen Lolland has made an irrevocable guarantee for subscribing the shares which are not subscribed by the guarantors. The commitment is maximized at 400,000 shares.
