Suomen Terveystalo's Group Management Team from September 1, 2007

Suomen Terveystalo Oyj's Board of Directors has added to the Group Management
Team by appointing Medivire Työterveyspalvelut Oy's former Managing Director,
M.Sc. Kimmo Karvonen (born in 1962) and former Deputy Managing Director, Lic.
Med., eMBA Jukka-Pekka Kuokkanen (born in 1958), effective from September 1,
2007. 

From September 1, Suomen Terveystalo's Group Management Team will consist of
the following members: Managing Director, CEO Martti Kiuru, Business Segment
Directors Veli-Pekka Joki-Erkkilä (Clinics and Hospitals segment), Ilkka Lehto
(Diagnostics segment) and Kimmo Karvonen (Occupational Healthcare segment),
Chief Sales Officer Jukka-Pekka Kuokkanen, CFO Timo Leinonen, CIO Juha Wilkman
and Chief Communications Office Marja-Terttu Verho, and from September 10, Head
of Human Resources Johanna Karppi. 

For the time being, Suomen Terveystalo Oyj's operations will be reported in two
segments so that the Occupational Healthcare segment is included in the Clinics
and Hospitals segment.
