Correction to the Announcement about Approval of an Additional Management Board Member of Manutent OÜ

Sole shareholder of OÜ Manutent has made decision to name Ivi Schwarz to the
position of Board member on 31 August, 2007, not in 3 August  as announced
incorrectly in our announcement on 3 September, 2007. Authorities of Ivi
Schwarz will be entered into power starting from respective notice on the Card
of Enterprise Register.
