Starting from September 4, 2007 Q Vara OÜ has been reorganized into public limited company („aktsiaselts“) and the company's new official name is aktsiaselts Q Vara (AS Q Vara). Total share capital of AS Q Vara is 181 511 000 EEK that is divided into 18 151 100 shares with nominal value of 10 EEK each. The ownership share of the company's shareholders remained the same: OÜ SLProductions owns 88,1% of AS Q Vara's shares (nominal value of the shares is 159 844 000 EEK) and OÜ Marine Systems owns 11,9% of AS Q Vara's shares (nominal value of the shares is 21 667 000 EEK).
