OEM International AB acquires MPX Elektra ApS

OEM International acquires MPX Elektra ApS in Denmark from 
1 September 2007. MPX Elektra ApS is a trading company that 
sells a wide variety of industrial batteries to the Danish market.
The turnover is approximately DKK 14 million.

- MPX will be integrated into OEM Automatic Denmark, which will 
strengthen our position on the  Danish market and create possibilities 
to broaden the customer offer within batteries in all Nordic countries 
and the Baltic States, says Mikael Thörnkvist, Business Director 
OEM Automatic. 

Purchase price amount to DKK 4 million.

The acquisition will have a positive effect on the Group result for
the present year.
