AS Tallink Grupp will own 34% of the shares of the new company AS Tallink Takso which main business activity is to provide taxi service. The share capital of AS Tallink Takso is 3 000 000 EEK (192 735 EUR). AS Tallink Grupp will have 34% of the share capital with 10 200 shares for 1 020 000 EEK (65 190 EUR). The other founding shareholders of AS Tallink Takso are AS Infortar with 51% of the shares and Alger Holzmann, the member of management board of AS Tallink Takso, holding the remaining 15% of the share capital. AS Tallink Grupp decided to be one of the founders of the new taxi company as the target for Tallink is to provide good quality and wide range of travel related services to the tourists. Tallink plays a very significant role in the development of tourism in Tallinn and in Estonia in general. Our main products and services offered to tourists are of the highest quality which helps to create a positive relationship between tourists visiting Tallinn and Estonia. The new taxi company will give Tallink another opportunity to diversify its products and services. The new taxi company will have insignificant financial impact to AS Tallink Grupp. In the longer term we estimate positive impact in our product development, customer satisfaction and our corporate brand recognition.
