We are continuously monitoring the transaction flow in SAXESS production. Order and trade volumes have continued to increase in high speed. In the first half of August we had new records in number of transactions. When 4.8.0 was announced we informed that we are planning to increase the capacity in the central SAXESS system including the member network. In SAXESS Test Schedule June 4th 2007 we informed that the test system will run with output rate 30 000 compressed bytes Monday – Thursday after continuous trading has stopped in SAXESS production. We have also put in a test in the MWAT test cases document i.e. we will produce an order trade flow corresponding to 30 000 compressed bytes (approximately 1000 transactions/second). In the technical certification document we have clarified the new demands. In production we will double the capacity in all 3 partitions from 5th of November. Note that the SAXESS Technical Certification document has been changed (ver 1.5) to reflect these changes.
Summary:
