ADJUSTEMENT OF OMX HELSINKI BENCHMARK INDEXES DUE TO THE RIGHTS ISSUE IN CITYCON OYJ

Due to the rights issue (1:7) in Citycon Oyj (FI0009002471) Helsinki Stock
Exchange will act and adjust Citycon Oyj in accordance to the “Rules for the
Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and
Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.3. 

The number of shares in Citycon (CTY1S) in OMX Helsinki Benchmark indices will
be increased to 219 978 163 shares on the ex-day 11 September 2007.
