Release of prospectus for the rights issue in Cybercom Group Europe AB (publ)

or Canada. The rights issue is not available to persons whose participation
would require further prospectus, registration or other measures than those
stipulated by Swedish law.

The Board of Directors in Cybercom Group Europe AB (publ) (“Cybercom”) has
prepared a prospectus for the equity issue with preferential rights to
