CEO Gunnar Kristensen's direct and indirect transactions in Nordicom A/S

Kristensen, has acquired 26,000 Nordicom A/S shares at a price of 1,000
corresponding to a share price of DKK 26 million. This leads to an increase of
Gunnar Kristensen's direct and indirect holding of Nordicom shares from DKK
32,570,000 nominal value to DKK 35,170,000 nominal value, corresponding to
11.3% of Nordicom's total share capital.
