Russian land and agriculture investor Black Earth Farming Ltd, hereby announces that the Over-The-Counter (OTC) trading in the company's depository receipts will stop. The reason for the trading stop is a decision taken by Black Earth Farming's Board of Directors to initiate an investigation of the possibilities of a future listing of the company. Friday September 14, 2007 will be the last day for OTC trading and the trading stop will be in effect from September 15 onwards.
