PANOSTAJA OYJ TO GET A NEW CEO

Panostaja Oyj CEO Olli Halmevuo has handed in his resignation on 11th September.
The Board of Panostaja Oyj extends its gratitude to Olli Halmevuo for his
significant input in the development of the company.

- Panostaja Oyj's operations are based on entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is
seen at Panostaja not as being a way of life but as being a project. For Olli
Halmevuo, the project was successful and lasted 14 years. During this time, Olli
Halmevuo provided exceptional input into development of Panostaja Oyj, says
Matti Koskenkorva, Chairman of the Panostaja Board.

- After a 14-year, challenging entrepreneurship project, it feels good to step
down for a sabbatical, especially as the business operations of the Panostaja
Group are currently at their best ever level, says Olli Halmevuo. He added that
he will continue as a member of the Panostaja Board.

Panostaja Oyj Board has confirmed that Chairman of the Board Matti Koskenkorva
will assume the role of CEO in the interim. At the same time, the Board has
started preparations to appoint a new Managing Director.
