- Request for the delisting of shares in Mosaic Fashions

The takeover bid for Mosaic Fashions hf by Tessera Holding ehf. and a
consortium of investors expired on 7 August 2007. Following payment according
to the terms of the bid, Tessera Holding ehf. and the consortium now own a
combined total of 99.9% of the company's issued share capital. The redemption
of the outstanding shares of Mosaic Fashions hf. is now in progress. 

The board of Mosaic Fashions hf. has sent a request to the OMX Nordic Exchange
Iceland hf. that the company's shares be delisted from the Nordic Exchange.
