CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Release 14 September 2007 at 13.15 hrs On 14 August 2007, Citycon announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the shopping centre Iso Omena for approximately EUR 329 million. Closing of such transaction took place today. On the acquisition date, the shopping centre's initial net yield on the purchase price stands at 4.5 per cent. Following redevelopment and other commercial improvements the company estimates that the net yield will increase clearly in the future. "As a committed, long-term shopping centre owner, developer and operator, we will continue actively to redevelop and extend Iso Omena. This centre, under our management and after two to three years' development phase, will enhance the synergetic and qualitative dimensions of Citycon's shopping centre portfolio", said CEO Petri Olkinuora.
