CHANGE IN ALDATA'S EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Aldata Solution Oyj's Vice President, Legal Affairs and the secretary
of the board of directors Mr. Markus Kivimäki has resigned. He will
continue working for Aldata for a transition period until October
31st and then pursue his professional career with another employer."I want to thank Markus for his contribution at Aldata during the
past four years and wish him all the best for the future," says Mr.
