In the announcement published yesterday, there was an incorrect upper reference
limit. The correct limit is +1% (6,37 EUR).

TRADING IN AS VIISNURK SHARES, ADDING WATCH NOTATION
On September 6, 2007 the extraordinary meeting of
shareholders of AS Viisnurk decided to approve the division
plan, according to which the division will be carried out
with an exchange rate of one to one (1:1), i.e. each
shareholder of AS Viisnurk will receive an equivalent number
of shares in “New Viisnurk”.
In accordance with the decision of the Management Board of
AS Viisnurk to fix the list of shareholders entitled to the
shares of “New Viisnurk” on September 18, 2007 at 23:59, the
shares of AS Viisnurk (VNU1T) will be traded ex-rights
starting from tomorrow September 14, 2007.
As the division of the company will presumably result in
significant decline in the price of the share, the upper
reference limit of the Viisnurk share will be +1% (6,37 EUR)
and the lower reference limit -75% (1,58 EUR). The reference
price will remain on today's close price 6,31 EUR (98,73
EEK).
In order to avoid completing orders at unfavorable price,
Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) recommends using "Limit
Orders". Should investors use "Market Price Orders", they
are advised to be cautious and to have a comprehensive real-
time overview of the current market situation.
Based on the clause 3.5.1 of the chapter Supervision of TSE
Rules, TSE has right to add a watch notation to a share and
to the trading information displayed on the Web site to draw
the market participants' attention to significant
circumstances related to a security or an issuer. One of the
grounds of adding the watch notation is the fact that based
on the clause 3.5.4.7 of the chapter Supervision of TSE
Rules, a situation exists that may materially damage the
interests of investors in the opinion of TSE.
The Managing Director of TSE decided on September 13, 2007,
to add a watch notation to the shares of Viisnurk starting
tomorrow, September 14, 2007 based on article 3.5.4.7 of the
chapter Supervision of TSE Rules.
