The August sales revenue of the Internet media enterprise Delfi Group, recently acquired by Ekspress Group, reached 8.7 million kroons, increasing by 50% as compared to the same period last year. Delfi Group's eight months' sales revenue was 77.7 million kroons, i.e. 42% more than the same time last year. "Due to the seasonality of the Internet advertising market, the summer turnover volume is usually lower. The result achieved this time further confirmed that, in total, the year 2007 will again be a year of strong growth, which is good reason for optimism for the next period as well,” said Ville Jehe, Chairman of the Management Board of Delfi Group. Delfi manages 7 Internet portals: an Estonian and Russian language portal in Estonia, a Latvian and Russian language portal in Latvia, two portals in Lithuania and a news portal in the Ukraine.
