The redemption period for the shares in Mosaic Fashions hf. ended at 4 p.m. on Monday, 17 September 2007. Tessera Holding ehf. and the members of the consortium now own an aggregate of 99.9% of Mosaic Fashions hf.'s share capital. Outstanding shares will be transferred to Tessera Holding ehf. and payment for the shares will be transferred into individual escrow accounts at Kaupthing Bank hf.
