Today in the afternoon, on 17 September, Ukrainian subsidiary of Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) has signed the final contract for the acquisition of Ukraine's well-known casino operator Eldorado. The value of the transaction was approximately EEK 144 mln (9.2 mln euros). The acquisition of Ukraine's well-known casino operator increased the market share of OEG in Ukraine and enabled the company to enter the market of table gaming. All five Eldorado casinos are located in popular and prestigious areas in central Kyiv or in its close proximity. Three of them have gaming tables. Including the newly acquired five Eldorado casinos OEG now owns 18 gaming locations in Ukraine. All current Olympic Casinos in Ukraine were slot casinos. According to plan, all acquired Eldorado casinos will be rebranded as Olympic Casinos. OEG entered the Ukraine gaming market in November 2004. After the acquisition of Eldorado the company has more than 600 employees in Ukraine.
