„Alita“ JSC paid for the block of shares of „Beogradska Industrija Piva“

Consortium of JSC „Alita“ and Swedish company „United Nordic Beverages“ paid
total amount 21,4 mln euros Serbian Privatization Agency to for the 51,9%
shares of Belgrade brewery „Beogradska Industrija Piva“ on 17th September 2007.
JSC „Alita“ has 80% block of shares in the consortium.
