Danware appoints new CFO  

Danware has appointed Claus Finderup Grove as its new CFO. 

Claus Finderup Grove, 39, comes from a similar position as CFO of shipping
company Clipper Group. Prior to joining the Clipper Group in 2005, Mr Grove
worked with A. P. Møller in a number of senior treasury and finance positions
both in Denmark and abroad. 

Claus Finderup Grove will take up his new position on 1 November 2007.
