SYSOPENDIGIA Plc STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE SYSOPENDIGIA's CEO JARI MIELONEN HAS RESIGNED Jari Mielonen, CEO of SYSOPENDIGIA Plc, has today informed the Board of Directors of SYSOPENDIGIA that he resigned due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors of SYSOPENDIGIA has started a process for searching the new CEO for the company. The task of the new CEO will be to fulfil the profitable growth and internationalisation strategy confirmed by the Board of Directors of SYSOPENDIGIA. Mr Juha Sihvonen, who was appointed as a deputy CEO of the company yesterday, shall be the acting CEO during the search process. The development of SYSOPENDIGIA's market position and the financial situation during the last 12 months has been excellent. The positive development is expected to continue due to increase of the company size and its offering. The target of the company is to reach over 200 MEUR in revenues by the end of year 2010 and to clearly exceed the profitability level of 10 % (EBIT) at the same time. The company intends to markedly internationalise in the selected business segments. “The personnel, their expertise and the business processes of SYSOPENDIGIA are at the state-of-the-art level.
