Transfer of ownership

Following the merger of Straumborg ehf. and Norvest ehf., a fully
owned subsidiary of Straumborg, all assets and liabilities are
transferred from Norvest to Straumborg, including 16,000,000 shares
in Kaupthing Bank.

Straumborg and Norvest are financially related to Brynja
Halldorsdottir, primary insider and board member in Kaupthing Bank.
Brynja owns 9,206 shares in the bank. Parties financially related to
Brynja own 18,929,548 shares in the bank.
