Jeudan A/S - Rights Issue

The following ISIN code has been admitted to listing on OMX Nordic Exchange
Copenhagen A/S with effect from 25 September 2007.

As at the same date, ISIN code DK0010171362 will be traded exclusive of T-ret
(subscription rights). 

Jeudan makes a rights issue of up to 1,155,014 new shares, each bearing a face
value of DKK 100 at a price of DKK 550. The new shares are subscribed for in
the proportion of 5:1. The news shares carry in full any dividend for 2007.
Subscription period: Friday 28 September 2007 9 am (Danish time) to Thursday 11
October 2007 5 pm. (Danish time), both days included. 

Please note:
Subscription of new shares will take place in a temporary ISIN (DK0060095065)
which will not be admitted to listing on OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S.
The new shares will be listed in the existing ISIN code DK0010171362, Listing
is expected to take place as soon as possible after the registration of the new
shares with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency; expectedly 17 October
2007.
