The UCITS fund “EGNS-INVEST”

OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen is to delist the two sub-funds below from and
including 
21 September 2007. Thus, 20 September is last listing day.
 
The delistings are based on mergers where
•	sub-fund “USA” merges with sub-fund “Sundhed” (formerly “Global Biotek &
Medicin”); the latter being the one to continue business 
•	sub-fund “Globale Obligationer” merges with sub-fund ”Obligationer,
Højrentelande”; the latter being the one to continue business.
