In the meeting with investors organized by Vilnius Stock Exchange that takes
place on 18 September 2007, Invalda AB presents information about
reorganization.
Management of Invalda AB estimates that after finishing reorganization this
year Invalda's net asset value will reach 0.724 - 1.192 bln.LTL (0.21 - 0.35
bln. EUR), net debt - 200 mLTL (57,9 m EUR), value of group sectors - 0.924 -
1.392 bln.LTL (0.27 - 0.4 bln EUR). After reorganization authorized capital of
Invalda AB will consist of 42 568 849 ordinary registered shares.
