NEW DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES OF THE SECO TOOLS GROUP

Peter Damberg, 44 years old, has been appointed Senior Vice President Human
Resources of the Seco Tools Group. He will also be a member of Group Executive
Management. He assumes his position on January 1, 2008.

Peter Damberg is currently Head of Strategic HR within the insurance company IF.
