Equities: All Cards Service Center - ACSC AB to the observation segment (227/07)

Today, Monday September 24th, 2007, XPonCard Group AB and All Cards Service Center – ACSC AB, published a press release stating that the companies have decided to start a merging process.  The shareholders of All Cards Service Center – ACSC AB will be offered new issued shares in XPonCard Group AB. The current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB state that a listed company will be placed on the observation segment if the company is subject to a public offer or if a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the company.
	
With reference to what is stated above, the shares in All Cards Service Center – ACSC AB (ISIN code SE0000459323 and order book ID 3924) will be placed on the observation segment.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday September 25th, 2007.
