ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Emerging Media Holdings (OTCBB:EMDH) announced today it has signed an exclusive Letter of Intent to acquire Videoservice Ltd., one of the leading Marketing Agencies in Moldova, Eastern Europe. The extensive Videoservice client list includes major TV and Radio companies as well as such clients as Daac Hermes Inc., Chateau Vartely, Continental Inc., Moldinconbank SA, Agroindbank (MAIB), which is Moldova's largest commercial bank and lender. Videoservice's MAIB contract alone is expected to generate $1,000,000 in revenue within the next twelve months.
Videoservice is involved primarily in: marketing campaigns, placement of marketing ads, planning and video-production. The acquisition should be completed by November 15, 2007.
