Kungsleden acquires logistics properties for SEK 545 m Press Release 25 September 2007 Swedish listed property company Kungsleden AB (publ) is acquiring four properties for a purchase price of SEK 545 m excluding transaction costs, at an estimated property yield of 7,0%. The vendor is limited company Bockasjö AB, 50:50 owned by Joakim Hedin and Paul Frankenius. The acquired properties are located in Borås, south-western Sweden. The properties have total lettable floor-space of approximately 107,000 sq.m., the majority being warehouse and logistics premises, with total rental value of just over SEK 49 m. The properties are fully let. Kungsleden will take possession on 1 October 2007.
