As a result of a resolution of a shareholders' meeting in FL Group held earlier today on an increase in the share capital of FL Group, reservations pertaining to such a share increase in respect of, on the one hand, FL Group's payment for shares in TM using shares in FL Group and, on the other hand, the sale by Glitnir of shares in FL Group, are no longer in effect. The transactions in question and reservations were announced in notices to the Stock Exchange on 17 September and 19 September, respectively.
