In connection with refinancing Kjalar hf.'s shareholdings in Alfesca hf., it has been decided to transfer all of Mundill ehf.'s shareholding in Alfesca, a total of 85.675.910 shares and all of Kjalar Investment S.A.'s shareholding in Alfesca, a total of 138.888.889 shares, to Kjalar Invest B.V. After the transfers Kjalar Invest B.V. will hold the total amount of 2.330.724.395 shares in Alfesca hf. or 39,6%. Mundill ehf., Kjalar Investment S.A. and Kjalar Invest B.V. are all in 100% ownership of Kjalar hf. The real ownership of the shares in Alfesca hf. will therefore not change due to the transactions. Kjalar hf. is in 94,17% ownership of Ólafur Ólafsson and 5,83% is owned by other investors. Ólafur Ólafsson is chairman of the board in Alfesca hf. and so all the relevant companies are financially connected to him. After the transaction, parties financially connected to Ólafur Ólafsson will, as before, own 2.330.724.395 shares in Alfesca hf. or 39,6%
