ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 We hereby announce that SYSOPENDIGIA Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the company's ownership: Nordea Bank AB (publ) has on September 24, 2007 informed SYSOPENDIGIA that its subsidiary Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has on September 20, 2007 purchased 105.100 shares of SYSOPENDIGIA against sale options it held earlier. Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj owns now 1.091.797 shares of SYSOPENDIGIA and the ownership share of Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has therefore increased over 1/20, and is at the moment 5,37%. Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has also made forward contracts so that the first will become due in December 2007 being equal to 1.000 forwards (100.000 shares) and the second in February being equal to 7.068 forwards (706.800 shares). After the forward contract becoming due in December 2007, the ownership share of Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj in SYSOPENDIGIA's shares and votes shall decrease under 1/20. The share capital of SYSOPENDIGIA Plc comprises in total EUR 2,031,999.90 and 20,319,999 shares. Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has acquired the shares of SYSOPENDIGIA in relation to its market maker business.
