Global Retail Giant Signs 1.2 MUSD Agreement with Telelogic

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California - September 26, 2007 - Telelogic (Nordic
Exchange/MidCap/TLOG), today announced that it has signed a license and
maintenance agreement worth 1.2 MUSD in Asia Pacific with a global retail
corporation.

The agreement will see the customer role out across their IT department;

for complete enterprise change management and Telelogic Dashboard™ enabling them
to improve their delivery and responsiveness to market needs and trends.
