OEG 100% owned subsidiaries Olympic Casino Latvia SIA and Olympic Casino Group Baltic SIA have signed the merger agreement. Acquiring company is Olympic Casino Latvia SIA. The merger is planned to be finalized in January 2008. The goal of the transaction is to coordinate the Group structure. The merger is an intragroup transaction and does not have any significant impact on Olympic Entertainment Group AS economic activities.
