Increase of the number of shares in Peab

After the split of the share of Peab AB (publ), has the total number of
registered shares and votes in Peab increased as follows:

The total amount registered shares and votes in Peab before the split was:
87.069.548 shares, representing 175.320.866 votes, from which
9.805.702 A-shares, representing 98.057.020 votes and
77.263.846 B-shares, representing 77.263.846 votes.

The total amount registered shares and votes in Peab after the split is:
174.139.096 shares, representing 350.641.732 votes, from which
19.611.404 A-shares, representing 196.114.040 votes and
154.527.692 B-shares, representing 154.527.692 votes.

Today, 27 September 2007, is the adjustment date for the split, which has been
registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
Peab's holding of own shares after the split amounts to 3.630.000 B-shares
corresponding to 2.20 per cent of the number of registered shares and 1.09 per
cent of the number of votes.
