NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES

SATAMA INTERACTIVE PLC  STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE   SEPTEMBER 27, 2007 AT 8.30 
                                                        

Evli group's holding of Satama Interactive Plc shares has exceeded 1/20. Evli   
group's aggregate holding as of 21 September 2007 was 2,236,567 shares, which   
represents 5.42 per cent of the share capital and voting rights. The            
shareholding was divided between entities in Evli group as follows:             

Evli Bank Plc: 916,500 shares                                                   
Mutual funds administered by Evli Fund Management Company Ltd: 1,320,067 shares.

Evli Bank Plc has also informed Satama Interactive Plc that it has sold a total 
of 885.000 shares through forward trading contracts, which represents 2.15 per  
cent of the share capital and voting rights in Satama Interactive Plc.
