Århus Elite A/S - rights issue and directed issuance of new shares - notice on
progress
The share capital of Århus Elite B will be increased by 3,615,084 new shares
each bearing a face value of DKK 1. The listing of new shares will take effect
on 3 October 2007 in the ISIN code below:
