Ron joins Marlin from Exchange Solutions Inc., where he held the position of Director of Client Services. His previous work experience includes senior marketing roles at JPMorgan Chase and Fleet Boston/Bank of America.

Jim joined Marlin in 2000 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure. Most recently he was the Director of Sales for Marlin's Denver branch.
Karen Kozak was appointed Director of Sales Training. In this role, Karen is responsible for the development and training of Marlin's sales force. Karen joined Marlin in 1997 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Training, Account Development and Sales Support.
