After the increase of the authorized capital the amended Charter has been registered

On 28 September 2007 the Charter of Šiaulių bankas AB with the increased        
authorized capital was registered in the Register of Legal Entities. The 
authorized capital of the bank after the increase has reached LTL 161,033,512   
(EUR 46,638,529). The par value per share is LTL 1.
